Samuel Matthew Kay Sr., 61, of Houma, LA, surrounded by family, peacefully 
passed into his Heavenly home on June 12, 2016.

Memorial Visitation will be Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 11:30am to 1pm, 
followed by the mass at 1pm, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church.

Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

He is survived by his
Fiancé- Susan Usner
Sons- Samuel Matthew Kay Jr. and Chandler Joseph Kay
Step-Son- Jay Usner and wife Kara
Step-Daughter- Rebecca Steckler and husband Ryan
Granddaughter- Riley Grace Steckler
Brothers- Michael Kay and wife Nell, Mark Kay and wife Debbie, Timothy Kay Sr. 
and wife Priscilla
Sisters- Debbie Robichaux and husband Clark and Candy Kay
and numerous nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his
Parents- Fred E. Kay and Jeannette C. Kay

Matt was an extraordinary man and will be greatly missed by all who had the 
pleasure of knowing him.
