Richard Patrick "Bean" Leonard, 57, was born on March 17, 1959 and passed away 
on Tuesday, June 21, 2016. He was a native of Thibodaux, LA and the owner of 
Bean's Alternator and Starter Service, Inc. for 27 years.

A Visitation will be held in his honor on Friday, June 24, 2016 at Thibodaux 
Funeral Home from 8:30 am until 11:30 am. 

The burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Thibodaux, LA.

He is survived by his sister, Dolores Leonard Berthelot; his brothers, Kenneth 
J. Leonard and wife, Katie, Lynn A. "Slap" Leonard and wife, Stephanie; 
nephews, Corey Leonard, Christian Leonard, Alan Berthelot, Jason Berthelot, and 
Ryan Berthelot; niece and godchild, Kasey Leonard Pitre; as well as 9 great 
nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Genevieve Thibodaux 
Leonard; his grandparents, Andrew and Cecile Babin Thibodaux and Leonce and 
Alice Leonard; brother-in-law, Kenneth "Pedro" Berthelot; and nephew, Aaron 
"Bird" Berthelot.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in 
his honor.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is entrusted with handling the funeral arrangements.
