She was a native of Lawton, OK and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 20 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel Dauphine at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Prien Memorial Gardens in Lake Charles, LA. She is survived by her, daughters, Jeanne P. Landry and husband Ellis, Susan Gillentine; grandchildren, Shannon Barrett and husband Barry, David Gillentine, Karen Bider; great-grandchildren, Mikalah Barrett, Brandon Peterson, Ryan Koza, Evan Gillentine; great-great grandson, Jordan Heims; brother, Joe Eakin. She was preceded in death by her, parents, Edgar and Elsie Stump Eakin; first husband, Melvin Cape; second husband, John Gammage, Sr.; third husband, Robert Noyes; siblings, Elsie L. Eakin, Edgar Earl Jr., Guy D. Eakin, Eunice L. Eakin; son-in-law, Lloyd Gillentine. Lois loved to travel especially to Monaco. Lois enjoyed going to the casino with her friends and family; her favorite author was Danielle Steel and she enjoyed all her books. Lois loved the beach and the warmth of the sun. She enjoyed fishing and loved crossword puzzle books and she loved the Holidays. Lois worked fifty four years in the hotel industry and retired as manager.
