David Anthony Bascle, 69, a native and a resident of Bourg, passed away on July 
29, 2016.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm at Samart 
Funeral Home and Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 9am to 11am at St. Ann Catholic 
Church. The Funeral Service will be Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 11am at St. Ann 
Catholic Church. 

Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery.

He is survived by his
Sons- Peter Stephen Bascle and Corey Anthony Toups
Siblings- Dolores and Richard Sanders, Donald and Mercedes Bascle, Daniel and 
Enid Bascle, Darlene and Calvin Deroche, Dorothy and Bernard Dupre, Doris 
Meeker, Diane Theriot, Douglas and Judy Bascle
Grandchildren- Ashley Toups Raby, Cody Toups, and Alexis Dubois
Great Grandsons- Darrien Raby and Kane Raby
and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews

He was preceded in death by his
Wife- Iris T. Bascle
Parents- Marion Anthony and Irma Ann Hornsby Bascle
Brother- Dean Bascle and wife Dorothy
Brother-in-laws- Cyrus "Butch" LeCompte, Tel Meeker, and Allen Theriot Jr.

May he rest in peace with his wife Iris.
