Frank J. Bradberry , 89, a native and resident of Grand Isle, LA passed away on 
July 9, 2016.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Our Lady of the Isle, Grand 
Isle, LA 9:30am -11am. The United Veterans League will provide military service 
at 10:00 a.m.
A Catholic mass will commence at 11:00 a.m.

He is survived by his wife, Marie B. Bradberry; children, Tim Bradberry and 
wife Jocelyn, Gordon Bradberry and wife Monique, Cynthia Pierce and husband 
Curtis, Mona Guidry, Ronald “Rusty” Bradberry and wife Karen; 9 grandchildren 
Gordon, Daniel, Owyn, Nicole, Gabrielle, Gavin, Claire, Noelle, Logan; 8 great 
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard John and Marie T. Bradberry; 
Sisters, Agnes, Antonia and Emma; brothers, Anthony, Stephonie, Dugiere, John, 
Raymond, Phillip, Louis, and Paul.

Frank Bradberry was a WWII veteran in the United States Navy, The first 
official Chief of Police to serve the Town of Grand Isle, LA , a charter member 
since 1947 of the American Legion Post 309, a lifetime member of the Original 
Grand Isle Redfish Rodeo Association, a local business owner, loving father and 
husband and a parishioner of Our Lady of the Isle Catholic Church. He was an 
avid fisherman and gardener. 
He also enjoyed watching football and visiting with family. He will be dearly 
missed by a multitude of friends and family.
