Helen Kearney, 73, native of Montegut and a resident of Houma, passed away on 
July 8, 2016.

No services will be scheduled

She is survived by her son, Walter Dufrene III; daughters, Juanita Dufrene and 
Margaret Dufrene; sister, Theresa Ledet; 9 grandchildren and 5 great 
grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. Kearney; father, Phillip 
J. Pinel; mother, Allan "Tallan" Pinel; son, David A. Dufrene; sister, Earline 
Callais
