Anna Arthemise Dardar Billiot, 89, a native and current resident of Pointe-aux-
chenes and long-time resident of St. Bernard parish, died on Tuesday, August 
16, 2016.

Visitation will be held from 9 AM until service time on Friday, August 19, 2016 
at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Pointe-aux-chenes.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 12 PM on Friday at the church 

with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, John (Susan), Douglas (Sylvia), Kenneth, and 
Thomas (Desiree) Billiot; sister, Nettie Brunet; 9 grandchildren and 17 great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Adam Billiot; children, Ellen, 
Charlotte, Houston, and Lehrman Billiot; parents, Basile and Uzelia Dardar; 
siblings, Nita Billiot, Nolia Stanaland, Andrew, Theo, Paris, and Samuel 
Dardar.

She was a member of the United Houma Nation.
