Elma Mary Blazey Buquet, 85, a native of Calcutta, India, former resident of 
Dulac and current resident of Houma, passed away on August 7, 2016.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 8am to 10am at Samart 
Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 11, 
2016 at 11am at Holy Family Church. 

Burial will take place in Holy Family Cemetery.

She is survived by her
Daughter- Leslie Buquet Fedele and husband Jimmie
Son- Gene Buquet Sr. and wife Roxanne
Daughter-in-law- Judy Ryman Buquet
Brother- Eardley Blazey
Grandchildren- Dale Ryman, Christina Verdin, Vesta Collins, Gene Buquet Jr., 
Philip Maronge, Jessica Barker, Gerald Thibodeaux Jr., India Thibodeaux, Jammie 
LeBoeuf, and Jade Fedele
24 Great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her
Parents- George Soan and Margaret Blazey
Husband- Arthur Buquet Sr.
Sons- Arthur Buquet Jr. and Dale Buquet
Great Grandson- Kaidon LeBoeuf
Brothers- George, Malcolm, Donald, and Ronald
Sister- Colleen Blazey Fenton

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
