Billy Dempster, 48, was born on November 20, 1967 and passed away on August 16, 
2016. 
He was a native and resident of Chackbay, LA.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at Victory Assembly of God 
Church from 9:00 am until funeral time. Religious Services will take place at 
11:00 am 

with burial to follow in St. Philomena Catholic Cemetery in Labadieville, La.

He is survived by his children, Krystal D. LaGraize and husband Drew and Logan 
Dempster and fiancé Natalie Matherne; parents, Matilda R. and Pershing 
Dempster, Sr.; siblings, Matilda D. Jeanise, Pershing Dempster, Jr., Rebecca D. 
Reulet, Tammy D. Billiot, Gail D. Rouge, Dale Dempster, and Anthony Hebert; 
grandchildren, Ava Grace and Mason LaGraize; numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; nephew, 
Pershing "P.J." Dempster III and niece, Fay Dempster.

He was an avid outdoorsmen who enjoyed his time hunting and fishing, he always 
made everyone laugh, and was always willing to put out his hand to help. He was 
a great father, son, and brother and he especially adored his grandchildren.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with handling the funeral 
arrangements.
