Russell Joseph Hebert Sr., 82, a native of Thibodaux and a resident of Houma, 
passed away on August 10, 2016.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 13, 2016 from 9am to 12pm, followed by 
the Memorial service at 12pm, at Samart Funeral Home.

He is survived by his
Wife- Dorothy "Dot" Lirette Hebert
Children, Luby Hebert, Bernadette Babin and husband Michael, Marjorie Babin and 
husband Wilbert, Derwin Hebert and wife Jana, and Russell Hebert Jr. and wife 
Christi
Grandchildren- T-Mike, Lucas and wife Hannah, Nichole and husband Ryan, 
Nicholas and fiance Jaclyn, Alex, and Dex
Great Grandchildren- Brooklyn, Michaela, Maci, Addelai, Colt, and Claire
Brother- Wilton Jr. and Robert Hebert
Sister- Geraldine Hebert Barrilleaux

He was preceded in death by his
Parents- Wilton Sr. and Eva Bourgeois Hebert
Brothers- Gerald and Recard Hebert
Sister- Ella Mae Ordoyne

Russell was a veteran in the United States Army and fought in the Korean War. 
He enjoyed fishing, going to the casino, and spending time with his family and 
friends. He was a retired supervisor from BJ Services after 35 years.

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
