Doris Ann Trosclair Manuel, 79, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of 
Grand Caillou, passed away peacefully at 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 18, 
2016. 

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until wake services at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, 
August 26 at Morning Star Baptist Church located at 120 Mission Blvd in Houma. 
Visitation will resume at 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. on 
Saturday, August 27 at the church. 

Burial will follow in the Combon Cemetery. 

She is survived by her son, Lawrence Manuel (Leslyn); daughters, Brenda, Pearl 
and Tammy Manuel; seven grandchildren, Jamie and James Mosley, Jr. (Stephanie), 
Kacy and Stephen Laumann, Jr. (Doriena), Miguel, Nikki and Jae Manuel (Emma); 
seven great-grandchildren, Charles Watkins, Jr., Hunter and Eriannah Laumann, 
Jordan Seals, Paige Thomas, Falon Mosley, and Leland Manuel;.brother, David 
Trosclair; and sisters, Elsie Bolden (Earl), Willie Mae Harris (Leroy, Sr.) and 
Mary "Jean" Scott. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Manuel, Sr.; son, Wallace 
"Peter" Manuel, Jr.; and parents, Harry, Sr. and Pearl Bolden-Trosclair. 

Arrangements entrusted to Jones Funeral Home of Houma.
