Simon Morris Martin, 90, a native and a resident of Houma, passed away on 
September 25, 2016.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm and 
Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 9am to 11am at Bayou Blue United Methodist 
Church. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 
11am at Bayou Blue United Methodist Church. 

Burial will take place in Rogers Cemetery.

He is survived by his
Children- Lelia Luke and husband Russell, Patsy Portier, and Donald Martin
Brothers- Elswood Martin and Albert Martin Sr.
Sisters- Libby Eschete and Jeannie Louis Frank
Grandchildren- Buffy Domangue, Tara Domangue, Tracie Thibeax, Chad Portier Sr., 
Rusty Luke, Blaine Martin, Jaime LeBouef, Stephanie Dufrene, Robby Portier, 
Grant Luke
Great Grandchildren- 23
Great Great Grandchildren- 2 and 1 on the way

He was preceded in death by his
Wife- RosaDell B. Martin
Parents- Ernest C. Martin and Eunice S. Martin
Son-in-law- Russell Portier Sr.
Daughter-in-law- Sylvia T. Martin
Brothers- Leroy and Floyd Martin
Sisters- Ruth Eschete and Wilma Guidroz

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
