Stafford Lee (Sundown) Matthews, 59, a native of Terrebonne and Resident of 
Houma, La. passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. 

Visitation at 9 AM until Funeral Service at 11 AM on Tuesday, September 27, 
2016 at Beacon Light International Baptist Church, 4325 w. Park Ave., Gray, LA. 

Interment in Halfway Cemetery. 

He is survived by his grandmother, Louise Matthews; son, Coty (Taesha) Jones; 
daughters, Jameka, Zelonger and Keara Jones; sisters; Diane and Linda Matthews, 
Sylvia (Kevin) Brown, Darlene (Clarence) McGuire Jr., Lulay and Janice Mason 
and Ann Stovall; brothers, Andrew and Herbert Matthews, Christopher (Kenya) 
Harris, Sr., Stafford Mason, Chris and Clarence Celestine. 

Proceeded in death by his parents, Elvin Hayward and Zenobia Matthews Harris; 
grandmother, Dorothy Willis; grandfathers, Robert Matthews and Jim Willis; 
brothers, Ronald and Elvin Hayward Matthews, Clarence Celestine and Phillip 
Mason, Sister: Elnora Celestine. 

Gertrude Geddes Willis- Terrebonne Funeral Home in charge of service.
