Jacob P. Moore, 35, a native of Bay St. Louis, MS and resident of Thibodaux, LA 
passed away on September 15, 2016.

Visitation will be on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Thibodaux Funeral Home from 
5:00 PM till 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 19, 2016 at St. Genevieve 
Catholic Church from 8:00 AM till funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will 
take place at 11:00 AM at the church. 

Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux, LA.

He is survived by his parents, George and Janet Ordoyne Moore; half-sisters, 
Mandy and Wendy Moore.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Junius and Elizabeth Ordoyne and 
George and Nellie Moore.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
