Sandra D. Morvant, 71, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016. 
She was a native of Houma, LA and a resident of Chackbay, LA.

A visitation will be held in her honor on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Our 
Lady of Prompt Succor in Chackbay, LA from 8:00 am until funeral time. A Mass 
of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 am 

with burial to follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor cemetery in Chackbay.

She is survived by her daughters, Tania Blanchard and husband, Shane, and Tisha 
Bryant and husband, Stephen; brothers, Ray, Clark and Lucius Dugas, Jr.; 
grandchildren, Landen Blanchard, Kristen Morvant and Lanie Dufrene; step-
grandchild, Stevi Stillinger.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Vertis Morvant; son, Vance Morvant; 
parents, Lucius Dugas, Sr. and Eoria Hebert Dugas.
