Frank Duane Nicotra, 56, a native of New York and a resident of Houma, passed 
away on August 17, 2016. 

He was an amazing musician, loved to play his guitar with his friends, and 
always looked for the best in life. 

A memorial will be held at a later date. 

He is survived by his wife, Pamela D. Nicotra; stepson, Jeffery A. Shields Jr.; 
two brothers, Joseph F. Nicotra Jr. and Jerry L. Anthony; two sisters, Victoria 
N. Brumfield, April N. Orsuto; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph F. Nicotra, Sr.; mother, Frances 
G. Nicotra; and brother, Richard A. Nicotra. 

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
