Hula Eve Prejean, 89, was born on July 23, 1927 and passed away peacefully on 
September 29, 2016. She was a native of Labadieville, LA and resident of 
Thibodaux, LA.

A visitation will be held on Monday, October 3, 2016 at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral 
from 9:00 am until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 
11:00 am 

with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Thibodaux.

She is survived by her three sons, Ray, Ted, and Rodney Gautreaux; daughter, 
Gloria Drash; brothers, Chester and Lester Prejean; sister, Dorothy Naquin, 7 
grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Prosper and Alice Bergeron Prejean; 
brother, Jesse Prejean; sisters, Beulah Guillot, Euince Gautreaux, Enola 
Thibodaux, and Doris Boudreaux.

Landry's Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with handling the funeral 
arrangements.
