Bessie Carolyn "Lady B" Washington died on Monday September 12, 2016 at Chateau 
Terrebonne in Houma, LA. 
She was 61, a native and resident of Raceland, LA. 

Visitation on Thursday September 22, 2016 at Williams and Southall Funeral 
Home, Thibodaux from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Visitiaton on Friday, September 23, 2016 
at Word of Deliverence Church, 120 St. Phillip St. Raceland, LA from 9:00am to 
Religious Services at 11:00am. 

Burial in Word of Deliverence Church Cemetery. 

Survived by 4 daughters, Jamie Raymond (Gillis), Bianca Moore (Joshua), Faith 
Washington and Porsha Weatherspoon; 1 brother, Phillip Weatherspoon; 2 sisters, 
Veronica Triggs (Oliver) and Delores Pulphus; 17 grandchildren; 1 great 
grandhild and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Proceeded in death by her parents, Henry and Elnora Weatherspoon and 2 
brothers.
