Clarence "Dickey" Wright, Jr. died on Sunday September 18, 2016 at his 
daughter's residence in Thibodaux, LA. 
He was 84, a native of New Orleans and resident of Gray, LA. 

Visitation on Friday September 23, 2016 at Williams and Southall Funeral Home, 
Thibodaux from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. 
Visitiaton on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Moses Baptist Church, Thibodaux, 
LA from 8:00am to Religious Services at 10:00am. 

Burial in the Moses Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Survived by 7 sons, Douglas, Clarence III, Richard, Wesley, Clifton, Robert 
Wright and Clarence Neal; 3 daughters, Barbara Broomfield (Alphonse), Irma 
Lacey (Elvin), and Beverly Fletcher (Deon); 1 brother, Rev. Joseph Frank, Jr.; 
1 sister, Alice Anderson; 30 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; 4 great-
great grandchildren; also a host of neices, nephews, other relatives and 
friends. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wright, Sr., 1 brother, 
Wesley Wright; 2 sisters, Rebecca Duncan and Beulah Cooks; 1 son, Clarence 
Jackson. 

Arrangements by Williams & Southall Funeral Home, 1204 Cleveland Street,
