Boudreaux, 60, a native and a resident of Houma, left this life Sunday, October 16, 2016. Visitation will be held Samart Funeral Home, 635 Bayou Blue Rd. Houma, LA 70364, on Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 9:00am until 1:00 pm. The Memorial Service will begin at 1pm. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery No. 2 in Houma. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Patricia "Patsy" Benoit Boudreaux; only child, Nicole Richard (Phillip); mother, Barbara Fabre Boudreaux; sister, Tammy Louise Boudreaux; stepchildren, Cory Johnson, Kim Johnson Marchand (Eric); grandchildren, Nathalie Lynn Tardiff, Masyn Elizabeth Tardiff; step grandchildren, Austin and Gavin Johnson, Emily and Ethan Marchand, Austyn and Dominic Richard; sister in law- Sally Chauvin (Roy); brother in law, Danny Benoit. He was preceded in death by his father, Junius E. P. Boudreaux; Grandparents, Rudolph and Eula Fabre, and Morris and Caliscia Boudreaux; father and mother in law, Alvin "Shine" Sr. and Lorecia Benoit; brother in laws, Wayne and Alvin Benoit Jr. Maurice was an avid bowler and loved his LSU Tigers!! Purple and gold attire is welcomed. Donation can be made, in lieu of flowers, to Children Hospital of New Orleans and Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. ======================
