Thaddeus Joseph "T.J." Falgout, 94 Years, a native of Theriot and a resident of 
Houma, passed away on October 11, 2016.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 14, 2016 from 9am to 11am at Samart 
Funeral Home. The Veteran's Service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 
10:30am, followed by the Memorial Service at 11am, at Samart Funeral Home.

He is survived by his
Wife- Lydie Hutcherson Falgout
Sons- Wayne "Chucky" Falgout, Dean "Ticka" Falgout and wife Julie
Daughters- Wanda "Sissy" Falgout McChargue, Shelia Falgout, and Kelly Falgout
Sister- Velma Ernst
Grandchildren- Dene' McChargue Fox and husband Alfie, Summer McChargue Odom and 
husband Perry, Megan Falgout, Dustin Falgout and wife Jennifer, Elise Falgout, 
Daniel Mayer, Dylan Mayer
Great Grandchildren- Jordan Fox, Hailey Fox, Grant Odom, Aleah Taylor, 
Jamesleigh Falgout, and Elijah "Eli" Falgout

He was preceded in death by his
Parents- Clarence Falgout Sr. and Marie Thibodaux Falgout
Brothers- Eustis Falgout, Raymond Falgout, Druby Falgout, and Clarence Falgout 
Jr.
Son- Paul Alvin Falgout

He was affectionately known as "Pappy" to his grandchildren. He served in the 
Marines during World War II. He owned and operated Falgout's IGA on Howard 
Avenue and was the proud owner of a fleet of offshore commercial trawlers. He 
enjoyed hunting, fishing and shucking oysters for others to enjoy.
