Shelbie Lisa-Ann Folse, 2, of Houma, passed away on October 15, 2016.

Visitation will be held November 1, 2016 from 5pm to 9pm, with the service to 
start at 6pm, at Samart Funeral Home. 

Burial will take place in Rogers Cemetery at 9:30am on Wednesday, November 2, 
2016.

She is survived by her
Parents- Shannon and Ashley Folse
Brother- Sheldon Folse
Grandparents- Brian and Jeanette Folse, Susie and Randy Luther
Great Grandparents- Sue Folse and Velma Lloyd
Godparents- Stephen Folse and April Folse
and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins

She was preceded in death by her
Grandmother- Lisa Folse
Great Grandfathers- Bobby Folse and Herman Lloyd
Uncle- Shannon Folse

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
