Mr. Alvin Joseph George, III, 24. A native and resident of Houma, LA died on 
October 7, 2016.

A Celebration of life service for Mr. George will be held at Community Funeral 
Home 230 S. Hollywood Rd., Houma, LA 70360 on Saturday, October 22, 2016.
Visitation from 12:00p.m. until funeral time at 2:00p.m. 

Internment at Southdown Cemetery.
 
He is survived by his companion Rebecca Sue Reed and his parents, Sara Kimberly 
Clay and Alvin Joseph George, Jr.
One son, Alvin Joseph George IV and one brother, Alex JaVhonte' George.
 
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Andrew and Eva Mae Clay and Annie 
Bell George.
Great-grandparents: Ada and David Lewis and Elsie and Hubert Clay and aunt, 
Dorothy Clay.

He enjoyed working on cars, making music, cooking and spending time with 
family.
