Wiley Joseph Portier, 88 Years, a native and resident of Chauvin, passed away 
on October 26, 2016.

He loved to dance and work in his yard. Loved being with his family. He will be 
missed and loved by everyone that knew him.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 29, 2016, at St. Joseph Church - 
Chauvin from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 
on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at St. Joseph Church - Chauvin, at 11:00 am. 

Burial will take place in the St. Joseph Cemetery - Chauvin.

He is survived by his wife, Florence LeBeouf Portier, four daughters, Gayle 
Dupre (Ronnie), Linda Neil (Ta-Tom), Grace Ledet (Ragis), Tammy Spencer (Pat); 
son, Jody Portier (Kristie); brother, Aubrey Portier; grandchildren, 11; great-
grandchildren, 21; great-great grandchildren, 4; step-sons, Daniel LeBeouf 
(Laurel) and Mark LeBeouf (Donna), step-daughters, Carla Boudreaux (Tim), Shana 
Falgout (Roger-Pie-O), Nicole Yanez (Leo), Daughter-in-law, Lou LeBeouf

He was preceded in death by him father, Ernest Portier, Sr.; mother, Estelle 
Authement Portier; son, Cameron Portier; brother, Ernest Portier, Jr.; five 
sisters, Octavie Lapeyrouse, Angel Lebeouf, Velma Foret, Mabel Smith, Lillian 
Lebeouf; 1st wife, Irene Mary Trosclair Portier, 2nd wife, Rose Mary Portier, 
step-sons, Chris LeBeouf, Rick Boudreaux
