Ray C. Roger, 69, was born on July 30, 1947 and passed away on October 10, 
2016. He was a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA.

A visitation will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Christ the Redeemer 
Catholic Church in Thibodaux from 8:30 AM until funeral time. A Mass of 
Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 AM with burial to follow in St. John 
the Evangelist Cemetery in Thibodaux.

He is survived by his brother, Carroll J. Roger and wife Elaine; niece, Susan 
R. Bonvillain and daughters Anna & Claire Bonvillain; nephew, David Roger and 
wife Laura and their daughter, Aryel Roger; nephew, Greg Roger and children 
Ross, Brandt, & Kenley Roger; cousin, Martha Golmon and husband Michael, and 
their daughter Candy G. Lajaunie and husband Scott and their son Landon Golmon; 
cousin, Chad P. Ponvelle; and caretaker, Karen B. Rivere.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy P. and Eunice Naquin Roger; 
stepmother, Gladys B. Roger; beloved aunt, Vivian Roger Guillot; cousin, Judy 
Ann G. Guillot; best friend and cousin Dianne G. Ponvelle and husband Howard.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with handling the funeral 
arrangements.
