He was a native of Labadieville, LA and longtime resident of Napoleonville, LA. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Napoleonville, LA from 9:00AM until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00AM, with burial to follow at St. Philomena Cemetery in Labadieville, LA. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Linda LeBLanc Boudreaux; 2 sons, Sterling Boudreaux, Jr. (Linda), Amos Boudreaux (Julie); 4 daughters, Brenda Landry (Felix, Jr.), Connie, Sally Crochet (Robert, Jr.), and Paula Daigle (Luke); 5 siblings, Percy Boudreaux, Gerald Boudreaux, Joyce Templet, Shirley Cavalier and Marion Thibodaux. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Hank Boudreaux and his wife, Delphine Templet Boudreaux; his parents, Henry and Nobie Naquin Boudreaux, and godchild, Cheryl LeBLanc Hebert. Sterling retired from Glenwood Sugar mill after 44 years. He was a handyman like no other. He enjoyed playing checkers with his grandchildren which no one could beat him. ======================
