Visitation will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., and on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 9:00AM until Service time at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM at the church with burial in St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery. He is survived by his daughters, Michelle Lambert Lee and husband Jayson of Baton Rouge and Jennifer Louise Lambert of Thibodaux; his grand-daughter, Abigail Lambert of Thibodaux and his former wife, Louella Clement Lambert of Thibodaux. He is also survived by his brothers, Robert “Bobby” Lambert and companion Bonnie and Peter “Pete” Lambert and wife Donna of Montegut and his sisters, Mary Dubois and husband Joe, and Roberta Boudloche and husband Joey of Houma. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Suzanne Marie Lambert of Thibodaux, his parents, Robert Alcide Lambert and Louise Cicet Lambert of Montegut, his guardians, Gerard Yvon Triche and Virginia Lambert Triche of Garyville and his brother, Michael Ray Lambert of Houma. He was a graduate of Leon Godchaux High School in Reserve in 1963. He was also a graduate of LSU in Baton Rouge where he received a bacherlor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1972. He was a licensed Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in Louisiana and Land Surveyor in Louisiana. He worked as a Civil Engineer for the firm of Gulf South Engineers in Houma for 17 years. He later worked as a construction and operations engineer for the Louisiana DOTD in Houma until his retirement. He was a rifleman with the U.S. Marine Corps and served in Vietnam. He is a lifetime member of the VFW and a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church in Houma. He was a member of the Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors of Louisiana and Florida. Also a member of the Louisiana Engineering Society. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Lambert family, U.S. Marine Corps ======================
