Visitation will be held Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 9am to 12pm at the Montegut Fire Station. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 12pm at the Montegut Fire Station, followed by the burial in Bisland Cemetery. He is survived by his Brothers- Elie Blanchard Sr., Richard LeBlanc (Susie), Paul LeBlanc Sr. (Libby), Micheal LeBlanc (Elsie), and Elgin LeBlanc (Gwen) Sisters- Marilyn Picou (Milton Sr.), Darlene Rodrigue (Ray), Olanda Saltzman (Rodney), and Arlene Ford (Aaron) Aunt- Dorothy Domangue (Clyde) Godchild- Joshua LeBlanc and numerous nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his Parents- Luke LeBlanc Jr. and Ruth Leonard Bourg Grandparents- Anthonie Author and Bridgett Pontiff Leonard, and Luke LeBlanc Sr. and Celestine Bertrand Godfather- Billy Leonard Godmother- Barbara Sevin and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews David enjoyed being a volunteer fire fighter at Montegut/Chauvin/Bourg Fire Station, and volunteered at God's House of Praise Oasis of Hope Food Bank. He also helped out Ernest and Gail Stoufflet at the Cattle Ranch. He enjoyed spending family time, especially with nieces and nephews, and helping others.
