NAQUIN, PERNELL JAMES 

Pernell James Naquin, 53, a native and resident of Houma, passed away on 
November 4, 2016.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his Companion, Susan "Toddy" Smith; son, Pernell James 
Naquin, Jr.; brother, Elward Lacost; and four sisters, Charlene Sapia and 
husband, Larry, Sheila Boudreaux, Roma Naquin, Patricia Fruge .

He was preceded in death by his father, Avril Joseph Naquin; mother, Jeannie 
Picou Phillips; stepfather, Sherman Lee Phillips; daughter, Kodi Naquin.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Samart Funeral Home to help with 
expenses.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
