Leroy Perera, 64 Years, a native of and resident of Schriever, Louisiana passed 
away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.

A visitation will be held in his honor on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 
Thibodaux Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Saturday, November 12, 
2016 at Thibodaux Funeral Home from 8:00 am until 11:00 am. A Mass of Christian 
Burial will be held at St. Bridget Catholic Church at 11:00 am. 

The burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Dale R. Perera; son, Wade Young; daughters, Kristie 
Pellegrin and husband, Micky, and Ashlie Redaway; brother, Richard Perera; 
sister, Mary P. Brown; and three grandchildren, Colin Baugh, Isabella 
Pellegrin, and Tate Pellegrin.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Perera, Sr. and Hilda Blanchard 
Perera; brother, Henry Perera, Jr.; and sisters, Betty P. Chauvin, Janet P. 
Smith, and Jeanette P. Lovell.

Leroy loved Mopar Cars, going to car shows, and traveling with friends and 
family on vacations.

He was a loving husband, father, brother, son, and grandfather.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
