Phyllis Ann LeCompte Bergeron, 99, died December 28, 2016 at 3:00 AM. She was a 
native of Bourg and a resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 5 PM until 9 PM and 
Friday, December 30, 2016 from 8 AM until funeral time at Chauvin Funeral Home 
with a Liturgy of the Word at 10 AM. 

Burial will be held in St. Francis #2 Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Eugene J. Bergeron and wife, Priscilla, and Rick 
A. Bergeron and wife, Maureen; grandchildren, Randy, Beryl, Trudy, Stacey, 
Robert, Brent, Rebecca, Ryan, Alex, Celia and Anna; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 
great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Viles Joseph Bergeron; 
daughter, Carolyn Ann Bergeron Graham; parents, Freeman Joseph and Julianne 
Bergeron LeCompte; brothers, Cyrus, Milton, Luby and Essie LeCompte; sisters, 
Necia Bergeron, Louise Theriot, Effie Gray and Nettie Pitre.

She was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. 
She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.
