COLEMAN, JOSEPH 
January 12, 1943 - December 20, 2016

Joseph Coleman, 73. A native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, LA 
died on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Terrebonne General Medical Center at 
10:25p.m.

The Life of Mr. Coleman will be celebrated at Community Funeral Home on 
Saturday, December 31, 2016. Visitation from 12:00p.m. until funeral time at 
2:00p.m. 

with interment at Southdown Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Dianna Norman and two sons, Shelton Bibbins of 
Waco, TX and Shelby Norman of Clarendon, IA. Two daughters, Shawanyia R. Norman 
of Jackson, MS and Sentoyia Bibbins of Houma, LA. Brothers, Felton (Margarite) 
Howard, Bernie Howard and Charles (Joyce) Coleman all of Houma, LA, one sister, 
Brenda M. Howard of Houma, LA and eleven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Earline Howard. One son, 
Lenton Wells and daughter, Shavaghn Bibbins. Brothers, Roland, Lionel, Jonas, 
Warren, James, Elmo, Freddie Howard and sister, Earline Howard.

He was a Baptist and a U. S. Navy Veteran.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Community Funeral Home.
