George Ray Gaudin, 65, passed away on December 31, 2016 surrounded by family. 
He was anative of New Iberia and long-time resident of Thibodaux.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 9:00 AM at Christ The 
Redeemer Catholic Church, with a memorial service following at 10:00 AM.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Waguespack Gaudin; daughters, Karen Manning 
(David), Kelli Priest (Brian); brother, Garlynn Gaudin (Pam); mother-in-law, 
Enola Gros Waguespack; sister and brothers-in-law, Danny and Carol Blanchard 
and Paul Waguespack. He was a beloved “Paw” to five grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Doris Doerle Gaudin; 
father-in-law Charles P. Waguespack; and sister-in-law Manette Acosta 
Waguespack.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with handling the funeral 
arrangements.
