Scott worked in various locations in administration and as a financial analyst. Most recently, he was employed with BWB Controls, Inc in Houma, LA and served as their CFO. All who knew him would say that his heart belonged to his two beautiful daughters, Julia and Annabelle. He often remarked they were his “perfect contribution to the world”. Scott also had an immense love of music and was a loyal fan of the Dave Matthews Band. He traveled to and enjoyed as many of their concerts as he could. He enjoyed playing guitar and aspired to learn how to play Dave Matthews’ entire music catalog. Scott loved his home state of North Carolina and would reminisce about his camping trips to Mt. Mitchell, Wilmington and The Outer Banks and of course – the North Carolina State Football Stadium (Home of the Wolfpack). Some of his other favorite places were Phoenix and Sedona, Arizona, Key West, Florida and he particularly enjoyed a visit to Pebble Beach Golf Course in California. Another passion of his was acting and theater. He performed in numerous plays throughout college and had leading roles in several plays with Le Petit Theatre in Houma, LA. Scott was an introspective thinker with a gift for satirical humor and had an infectious smile. He was a kind and gentle soul and will be forever missed by his daughters, Dad, brother, nephews, niece, family and friends and all who loved him. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial donations be made to St. Francis de Sales School or Vandebilt Catholic High School.
