Elsie Gauthreaux Guillot, 93, a native of Labadieville, LA and resident of 
Chackbay, LA passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016.

A visitation will be held in her honor on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Landry’s 
Funeral Home, Thibodaux, LA from 8:00 am until the religious service at 11:00 
am. 

The burial will follow in St. Philomena Cemetery, Labadieville, LA.

She was currently residing with her granddaughter, Rebecca L. Trosclair and 
husband, David. She is also survived by her granddaughters, Rosa L. Chiasson 
and Roxanne L. Guidry and husband, Steve; son-in-law, Percy P. Landry; great 
grandchildren, Veronica and Heather Trosclair, Shaun and Logan Chiasson, Taylor 
and Matthew Guidry; and great-great grandchildren, Payton, Destiny, Jaxson, 
Mason, Zoey, and Mila.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John I. Guillot, Sr.; parents, Aubin 
and Cora Thibodeaux Gauthreaux; sons, Gerald and John “T-John” Guillot, Jr.; 
and daughters, Rosalie G. Landry and Elisabeth Guillot.


Landry's Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
