William Ray Kelley, 86, died Friday, December 30, 2016 at 7:37 AM. He was a 
native of Lynn County, TX and resident of Houma, LA.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 9:00 AM until service 
time at First Baptist Church in Gray. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 
AM at the church 

with burial following at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.

He is survived by his son, William Lynn Kelley, Houma; grandchildren, William 
Patrick Kelley and Jeremy Lynn Kelley; great grandchildren, Alice Claire, 
William Scott, Lauren Elizabeth, John Thomas, Wyatt Patrick and Samantha Mae 
Kelley; sister, Judy Vesper; brother, Jerry Lynn Kelley.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Henderson Kelley; parents, William 
Vernon and Veda Tuttle Kelley; sister, Lola Fern; brother, Delwyn Kelley.

Mr. Kelley was a member of First Baptist Church. He was a loving man who leaves 
behind many caring family and friends. He enjoyed knitting and crocheting gifts 
in which he gave to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
