Franklin "Teetsie" Louis LeCompte Sr., 66, of Houma, passed away on December 
21, 2016.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 24, 2016 from 8:30am to 11am, with 
services to start at 11am, at Samart Funeral Home. 

The burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine Poiencot LeCompte; sons, Franklin Jr., 
Allen James LeCompte; brothers, Elton "Fefe" LeCompte and wife Theresa, Allen 
LeCompte and wife Jeannie, James LeCompte; sisters, Irma Hebert, Mary Jane 
Spurgin, Margie Duplantis and husband Jimmy, Cecile Allemand and husband Terry, 
and Marlene Chauvin and husband Glen grandchildren, Fantase, Frankie Lynn, 
Karsen, and Kali-Rae LeCompte; great grandchild, Envy LeCompte.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ferdinand LeCompte Sr. and Eva Fanguy 
LeCompte; brother, Ferdinand "Pele" LeCompte Jr.; sister, Ismay "Lolo" Scott.

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
