Alcide Joseph "Bill" Adams Jr., 78, of Chauvin, passed away on January 17, 
2017.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 20, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm at Samart 
Funeral Home and Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 9am to 11am at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church. The mass of christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 
21, 2017 at 11am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 

followed by the burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

He is survived by his
wife of 62 years- Julia Felicia "T-Lou" Naquin Adams
Children- Wanda Carpenter and husband Frank, Rickey Adams and wife Susan, 
Michael Adams and wife Suzette, Cord Adams Sr. and wife Sheila, and Troy Adams 
Sr. and wife Julie
Son-in-law- Gregory Gaubert
Brother- Harold
Sisters- Dot, Doris, Lolita, Helen, Peggy, and Faye
20 Grandchildren
33 Great Grandchildren and 1 on the way
2 Great Great Grandchildren and 2 on the way

He was preceded in death by his
Parents- Alcide and Delphine Adams Sr.
Daughter- Elizabeth Gaubert
Grandson- Cord "Pye" Adams Jr.
Sister- Grace Hanks

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
