He was a lifelong resident of Houma. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Bernadette Catholic Church on Saturday, February 4, 2017 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery no. 2. Terry met the love of his life Toni Ann Grasso and married on July 22, 1989. They were married for 27 years. Terry loved his family and adored his sons, Joey Fanguy (Christina), Rusty Fanguy (Kellie), Kyle Fanguy (Heather); his only daughter, Cami Fanguy who he affectionately referred to as “Daddy’s little girl”; grandchildren, Jaycee, Caylie, Kaylen, Riley, Ava Fanguy, and Colton Lirette; he is also survived by four step-grandchildren, Taylor Acosta, Kamryn and Alexandra Hubbell, and Madyson Dubois; brothers, Mark Fanguy (Carla) and Ed Fanguy; sister, Wendy Rogers (James); Godchild, Amanda Rogers Glorioso; mother-in-law, Evelyn Grasso; Terry is also survived by several nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Edwin “Nookie” and Jane Crochet Fanguy; father-in-law, Anthony “Tony” Grasso; aunt, Leona “Nan” Crochet. Terry was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved fishing and family barbeques. He worked in the Oilfield Industry for 35 years and his most recent position was office manager at Dnow. The family would like to thank Dr. Juzar Ali, Maureen Vincent and the entire Pulmonary staff at LSUHCN in New Orleans, LA. A special thanks to Carol Haydel, Toni Armstrong and the entire staff at Haydel Hospice for their love and compassion.
