Ronnie Paul Housend, 69, a native of Larose and resident of Boutte, passed away 
Friday, Jan. 27, 2017.

Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland Thursday Feb. 2, 
2017 from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. 

Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Larose.

Ronnie is survived by son, Shannon Housend (Bonnie); daughters, Tammy Housend 
(Karen) and Tonya Housend; brothers, Terry Melancon, Nolan Melancon Jr., Bryan 
Melancon; sister, Charleen Melancon; seven grandchildren, Haley Bruce, Jazsmin 
Housend, Justin Housend, Jadelin Housend, Gavin Housend, Erin Housend; two 
great grandchildren, Aliyah Housend and Braélynn Lewis. 

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Nolan Melancon and Irene Cheramie 
Melancon.
