Rita Malbrough, 77, died Saturday, January 21, 2017. 
Born July 08, 1939 she was a native and resident of Houma, LA. 

Funeral Services will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her brother, Claude J. Malbrough and wife Rose; sisters, 
Theresa M. Landry and husband, V.J., Joyce M. Charpentier, Bernice M. Lirette 
and husband, Allie; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Augustin Daville and Clementine 
Madelyn Cadiere Malbrough; brothers, Ernest, Elphy and Raymond Malbrough; 
brother in law, E.J. Charpentier, Jr.

Rita worked at the courthouse for many years as a secretary for the Clerk of 
Court’s Office. She was also a beautician and worked at the Senior Citizens 
Home. She took care of so many people and worked as a sitter later in her life. 
She was a caring and loving woman who always had a smile on her face and was 
always there to lend a helping hand.
