Elouise “Wezzy Baby” Meade, age 74, a native and resident of Raceland, 
peacefully transitioned into eternal life on Thursday, January 26, 2017.

Visiting will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 9am until the hour of 
service at 11am at Morning Star Baptist Church in Raceland. 

Burial in Morning Star Baptist Church cemetery in Raceland.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Royal Meade, Sr., 1 daughter, 
Amanda Lewis (Greg), 3 sons, Royal Meade, Jr., Rennard (Melanie) and Reginald 
(Tina) Meade; 1 brother, LeRoyal (Josie) Charles; 13 grandchildren, 9 great 
grandchildren; a devoted cousin and caretaker, Tammi Triggs.

Preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Lizzie Jackson Charles; 1 son, Ray 
Anthony Meade; grandparents, Susan and Willie Jackson, Sr. and Alphonse and Ada 
Lane Charles; 1 sister, Mabel Johnson; 1 brother, Joseph Charles, Sr.
