Roland Paul Molinere Sr., 83, a native of Pointe Barre and a resident of 
Montegut, passed away on January 30, 2017.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm and Friday, 
February 3, 2017 from 8am to 11am at Samart Funeral Home. The Funeral Service 
will be held Friday, February 3, 2017 at 11am at Samart Funeral Home, 

followed by the burial in Rogers Cemetery.

He is survived by his
Daughters- Emma (Gary) DarDar, Deanna (Tony) Credeur, and Clarice (Danny Sr.) 
Friloux
Son- Roland "R.J." (Stacey) Molinere
Mother of Children- Marie Verdin
Twin Brother- Russell Molinere, William "Bill" Molinere
Sister- Mercedes M. Calvert
Grandchildren- Gary "T-Ray", Cheryl, Garon, Natasha, Elizabeth, Danny Jr., 
Brittany, Roland III "Jay Paul", and Tricia
24 Great Grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his
Second Wife- Velma LeBouef Molinere
Parents- Levest and Pearlie Molinere
Brothers- Andrew "Harrison" Molinaire and Louis Molinere
Sister- Joyce St. Romain

He was a heavy equipment operator and enjoyed fishing.

The family would like to give a special thanks to his nurses from Journey 
Hospice, Vanessa Allen, dear friend Ray Allen, and Courtney Lee.

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
