Dean Paul Naquin, age 59 passed away Jan. 24, 2017, in his home town of Gray.

He was born May 21, 1957, in the city of Houma, Father Albert Naquin Sr. and 
Mother Joyce Darcey Naquin. 

He graduated HL bourgeois class of 1975. Worked on the assembly line at John 
Deere in Thibodaux for 29 years and retired in Nov. of 2016.

Dean is preceded in death by his father, Albert Naquin Sr.; Mother Joyce Darcey 
Naquin; and oldest brother, Albert Naquin Jr.

Dean is survived by loving family, his brother, James "Jimmy" Naquin, his wife 
Darlene Naquin; brother, Carl Naquin; nephews, Carl Naquin Jr., Joseph Naquin, 
and Carey Naquin: nephews from brother, Albert Naquin Jr., Kevin Naquin and his 
wife, Mona Naquin, and Kent Naquin and his wife, Leslie Naquin; significant 
other, Molly Naquin; step sons, Brett Foret and Brady Foret; and step 
grandchildren, Brady, Steven, Kaitlyn, Jozie and Blake.

A memorial visitation will be held in his memory Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017, from 
9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with the mass to start at 11 a.m. at St. Bridget Church at 
100 Hwy 311 in Schriever.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
