Lionel "Snell" Percle, 81, a native and resident of Choupic, LA passed away 
peacefully on January 23, 2017.

A visitation will be held in his honor on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Our 
Lady of Prompt Succor Chackbay, LA from 9:00 am until the Mass of Christian 
Burial at 11:00 am. 

The burial will follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery.

He is survived by his children, Ann "Star" Percle (Arleen Landry), Nita 
(Francis) Benoit, Rita (Kenny) Riviere, Penny Percle, and Margaret Percle; 
grandchildren, Lee and Jai Huot, Bobby Benoit, Meggie Powell, Regina Bergeron, 
Alyse and Andrew Landry; great-grandchildren, Cameron, Ladd, and Chloe Huot, 
Landen, McKinley and Hailey Bergeron, Cheyenne and Peyton Benoit, Nicole Pitre; 
brother, Donald "Duck" Percle; sisters, Dolores Chiasson and Katherine (Elroy) 
Kraemer; brothers in law, Clement and Ernest Boudreaux; sisters in law, Dorothy 
Clement, Doris Sanchez, Audrey and Annette Andras and Florence Cortez; and 
caregiver, Marilyn Hebert.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Marguerite Boudreaux 
Percle; brothers, Joseph, Lloyd and Philip Percle; son in law, Robert Guidry; 
and parents, Emile "Jack" and Rose Percle.

He was our role model and a very caring man. He loved to cook, raise rabbits 
and work in his garden.
