She was a native of Houma and a resident of Theriot, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 5 PM until 9 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home in the Magnolia Chapel and Friday, January 13, 2017 from 9 AM until funeral time at St. Eloi Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Burial will be held in St. Eloi Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Cyrus Paul Trosclair, Jr.; son, Aaron Trosclair and wife, Krystal; daughters, Sarah T. Richards and husband, Mikie, and Lindsey T. Hebert and husband, Jason; brother, Barry Malbrough; sister, Pat Rodrigue and husband, Russell; sisters-in-law, Ramona Malbrough, Wendy Soudelier and husband, Morris, and Lisa Showalter and husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Hayden, Logan and Aundrea Trosclair, Dylan, Dustin, Devin and Mya Richards, and Gage and Noah Hebert. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ira Anthony and Rita Whitney Malbrough; brother, Jerry Malbrough. She was a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church. She was a devoted teacher at Honduras Elementary School. She participated in Southdown Plantation Market Place for over 20 years.
