Ralph Joseph Usea, 81 years old passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 26, 
2017 doing what he does best, fishing. 
He was a native and resident of Kraemer, LA. 

Ralph was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather 
and brother who will be missed deeply. He enjoyed fishing and spending time at 
the casinos with his beloved wife and friends.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Margaret Adams Usea of 56 years of marriage; 
son, Hanson J. Usea and wife, Dawn L. Usea; grandsons, Ryan J. Usea and Tyler 
M. Usea; great-granddaughter, Ainslee-Klaire Usea; brothers, Ernest and Robert 
Usea and sister, Mable Usea Cortez.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hanson Usea and Yvonne Cortez Usea; 
brother, Rodney Usea and wife, Eugenia M. Usea and sister, Emma Usea Benoit and 
husband, Wilson Benoit.

A visitation will be held in his honor on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at St. 
Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church in Kraemer, LA from 9:00 am until the Mass 
of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. 

The burial will follow in St. Lawrence the Martyr Cemetery.
