DIANNE "IFOMA" ARSAN an employee of the Jazz and Heritage Foundation and a 
board of director of the ASHE' Cultural Arts Center in New Orleans, LA, 
departed this life on Feb. 11, 2017 at West Jefferson Medical Center. 

She was 65, a native of Thibodaux, LA and a resident of Algiers, LA. 

Visiting at St.Luke Catholic church, 1100 Bourbon St., Thibodaux, LA on 
Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017 from 10:00am to Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 noon. 

Burial will be private. 

Survived by 3 sisters, Lydia Starks of Gretna, LA, Lila Arsan and Felicia Lee 
of Thibodaux, LA; Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews 
other relatives and friends. 

Preceded in death by her parents, Essie and Felix Arsan, Jr. and a brother, 
Felix Arsan, III.
