Brian Michael Authement, 58, a native and a resident of Chauvin, passed away on 
Sunday, February 26, 2017.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm at Samart 
Funeral Home and Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 9am to 11am at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 
11am at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

He is survived by his
Daughters- Jamie Authement, Kandy Marie and husband Jody, Michelle Giroir and 
husband Heath, and Julia Hebert and husband Walt
Brother- Quentin Authement
Sisters- Heddy Lapeyrouse, Sharon Bergeron
Grandchildren- Brooklyn Marie, Brody Hebert, and Dawson Hebert

He was preceded in death by his
Parents- Annassee J. and Velma Pellegrin Authement
Sister- Norma Authement Neil

Brian was a loving father and grandfather. He loved his family and friends and 
spending time with his granddaughter, Brooklyn, who could always make him 
smile. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.

Samart is in charge of arrangements.
