Melanie Christine Dion, 49, died February 25, 2017 at 1:45 AM. 
She was a native Dulac and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 5 PM until 9 PM at 
Chauvin Funeral Home and Friday, March 3, 2017 from 9 AM until funeral time at 
Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. 

Burial will be held in Holy Rosary Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, David William Robling; sons, 
Brandon Dion and companion, Jolene Mrvich, Corey Dion and companion, Heidi 
Lunk, Selby Robling and companion, Mariah Landry, and Kolby Robling; brother, 
Archie Dion and wife, Marianna; sister, Tiffanie D. Dehart and husband, Brad; 
grandchildren, Blaise, Maddox, Mason, and Sophia.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas “Autry” and Clara Ann Parfait 
Dion; sister, Natalie D. Gentry.
